Terms of Use
Please read these legal terms of use carefully as they apply to the use of the GenMo Website (https://www.genmocompany.com) (the “Website”), its related features, and the GenMo application for mobile phones or any other connected device (the “Application”). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between GenMo Tech Private Limited, (“GenMo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“you,” “your,”), and describe the terms under which you agree to use the services, products, features, functions, technologies, or content offered on the Website, the Application, and all related sites and applications, regardless of how accessed, including by computer, mobile phone, tablet or any other device (collectively, the “GenMo Services”).
The agreement will be binding on you when you use our Website and Application, by using the platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms of use, as amended from time to time. As a parent or legal guardian, it is of paramount importance that you read these Terms of Use as these explain our responsibilities as the owners of the Website and Application and your responsibilities as the user of our Website and Application.
GenMo Tech Private Limited is a technology company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan under registration number 0194004. We are currently carrying out our pre-launch marketing in preparation for a future launch of GenMo App and Card subject to requisite regulatory approvals. GenMo is a technology provider and not a bank. Any financial service/product including any payment card will only be facilitated through the GenMo platform in partnership with the State Bank of Pakistan’s regulated financial institutions. Currently, through our Website and Application, we are only pre-registering user interest. We are not charging any payment against services or accepting any customer deposits/funds.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user who is a minor, under the applicable law, you agree that by allowing the minor to pre-register their interest on the GenMo Website and Application and using GenMo Services, you are designating that minor as an authorized user (“Authorized User”) and you take full responsibility for you and the minor’s compliance with these Terms of Use. You are responsible for all Authorized Users’ use of the GenMo Services and compliance with these Terms.
1. OUR SERVICES
While we pre-register user interest through our Website and Application during the pre-launch marketing phase, users may be able to:

Fill details on the Website (Name, Email and/or Number) to register interest

Download our Application and sign-up for a GenMo Account to register their interest

Participate in a financial education game that explains different concepts related to personal finance and money management (only for learning purposes)
2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that if you are under 18 years old you may only use our Website and Application to register with us after prior authorization of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the details you provide us with while using the website or registering with us (such as your email address, your name, and your phone number) will be processed and used per our privacy policy. We may for example use the details you provide us with to communicate with you.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
GenMo may change provisions of these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. If we do, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms of Use on the Website.
Any changed Terms of Use will be effective immediately after they are posted on our Website and your continued use of the Website and Application will constitute your acceptance of those changes. You agree and undertake to review the Terms of Use each time you visit our platform and/or before use of GenMo Services. If you do not agree to any changed Terms of Use, you must discontinue using GenMo Services.
4. PAYMENT AND FEES
During our pre-launch marketing phase, we are not charging any fee for registering your interest and are not processing any payments through the GenMo Website, Application, or platform in general. Any financial service/product including any payment card will only be facilitated through the GenMo platform in partnership with State Bank of Pakistan’s regulated financial institutions after requisite regulatory approvals.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
We take your and your child’s privacy very seriously and will not share the personal information provided by you or your child during pre-registering their interest at the GenMo App or Website with any third party.

6. ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, AND ACCOUNT TYPES
i. To register your interest, you are required to access our Website and provide certain information i.e. Your Name (First & Last), Your Email ID and/or Mobile Number.
ii. You will be required to verify your email ID through our automated verification system to create a GenMo account and pre-register your interest. Any information provided during the account registration process will be subject to GenMo’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the purposes of verification, marketing, and communication.
iii. By pre-registering your interest, you consent to us contacting you about your interest in our services through email, phone, or through other contact information that you have chosen to provide.
iv. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registered interest at any time, including if any user content or information provided during the sign-up process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, in connection with any legal or regulatory requirement.
v. You may request that we cancel registered interest of your child at any time by contacting us at hello@genmotech.com. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your and/or your child’s account/interest even after its closure/cancellation from our end.
7. COPYRIGHT
We retain all intellectual property rights belonging to GenMo, all of the content of our Website and Application, including the GenMo Logo is owned by us and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified, or distributed for personal or commercial use in any way without prior written permission of GenMo.
8. GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute or claim arising out of the or in connection with the Website or Application shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
9. LIABILITY
We can't promise that your access to our Website, or its content, will be delivered uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Website will be free from viruses or other harmful properties. It is your responsibility to put in place satisfactory safeguards and procedures to make sure that any material you obtain through our site is free from contaminations or other harmful properties. We have taken every measure we can to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is kept safe and secure. However, in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in the secure computer servers where your data is stored, we cannot be held liable. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or other kind of loss or injury resulting from your use or downloading of any content on our site.
