GenMo is a platform for families to understand and interact with money together in a safe environment and we believe in treating our customers as we would our own families. Your family’s privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your information. GenMo Tech Private Limited (“GenMo Tech”) operates the genmocompany.com website (the “Website”) and the associated GenMo Application for mobile phones and any other connected devices (the “GenMo App”). GenMo Tech is referred to as “GenMo”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this Privacy Policy. Our services, products, features, functions, technologies, and content offered through the Website and the GenMo App or by contacting our customer service are collectively referred to as “GenMo Services”.

GenMo Tech Private Limited is a technology company registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan under registration number 0194004. We are currently carrying out our pre-launch marketing in preparation for a future launch of the GenMo App and Card subject to requisite regulatory approvals. GenMo is a technology provider and not a bank. Any financial service/product including any payment card will only be facilitated through the GenMo platform in partnership with the State Bank of Pakistan’s regulated financial institutions. Currently, through our Website, we are only pre-registering user interest. We are not charging any payment against services or accepting any customer deposits/funds.

By requesting access to or using our Website, GenMo App, or any GenMo Services, you agree with this Policy and accept our collection and use of your Personal Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Policy. This Policy applies to any person, child, or adult who requests or uses our Website, GenMo App, or any GenMo Services. In the case of a child (minor), the parent/guardian is responsible for the child’s use of our Website, GenMo App, and GenMo Services.

If you don’t agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use our Website, or GenMo App or avail of any GenMo Services.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW

We generally collect Personal Data (as described below further) in two ways:

i) through information provided by the user

ii) through the information that we collect automatically, being a digital platform

We do this to operate effectively and offer our users the best experience with our Website, GenMo App, or any GenMo Services.

i) User-Provided Personal Data

As we are currently carrying out our pre-launch marketing in preparation for a future launch, through the GenMo Website users (either the parent or the child) can pre-register their interest by filling out the online form. The information requested for interest registration relates to the contact and identification of the user (parent or child) i.e. user’s first and last name, phone number and/or email ID.

At GenMo, we take our responsibility to your children seriously and will strive toward the best parental consent practices when handling the personal information of your children. If post-registering your interest, you the parent/guardian want us to remove your child’s personal information (as mentioned above) from our database please feel free to reach out to us at hello@genmotech.com and we will cancel your child’s pre-registration and make all efforts to remove the information.

ii) Automatic Information

Like many digital platforms, GenMo collects certain information automatically to help us manage, improve and customize our features and functionality. When you use, visit, or otherwise interact with GenMo Services, we and our third-party service providers may use technology that stores or collects the information sent to us by your computer, browser, mobile phone, or other devices. This information may include your IP address, unique device identifiers, or other unique identifiers; your device functionality, such as the type of browser, operating system, or hardware used; your device location, which may include a street name and city or GPS location; mobile network information; your activities within GenMo Services, including the portions of the Website and GenMo App you access; your email address and mobile phone number; and other information.

upon your request create your GenMo user account, the Personal Data provided by the user gives the user access to GenMo services offered to registered users
share GenMo App download links;
