In 2022, we launched Pakistan’s first internship program designed for teenage school students, and not only was it a massive success but a great experience for us as an organization. We got unique insights into the needs and aspirations of the next generation of Pakistan’s labor force and how we need to evolve ourselves to be future-ready by creating a work environment that will align with their goals and ambitions. It also made us realize that internships are not just for university students, school-going children are actively looking for meaningful professional experiences during summer holidays to gain real-world experience and build their resumes for both college applications and future career aspirations.
Based on our experience, this year we have decided to take it up a notch and become a gateway for teenage school students to get internships with organizations across Pakistan.

Summer Internships are a great way to gain first-hand real-world working experience to get meaningful insights to make informed career decisions. Students can apply through their registration link with their details and preference for business functions they are looking to do an internship.
Organizations register through their link and list their business functions where they are seeking youth summer interns.
GenMo will share relevant student details with the organization and help them set up and recruit for their internship program. We do not charge any registration/referral fee from the student or the organization for this.
